Lauren Monroe — Lauren Monroe is a musician, speaker, and educator who has spent more than 25 years bridging music, healing, and spiritual wellness. As a pioneer in energy medicine and mind-body practices, she designs experiences that guide audiences into connection and renewal. Her work blends consciousness-shifting songs, guided narratives, and community connection to create powerful, heart-centered experiences. Backed by her powerhouse band — featuring Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen, Music Director/Guitarist Joshua Ray Gooch (Shania Twain, Ringo Starr), and a lineup of world-class players who’ve worked with artists like Bruce Springsteen, The Tedeschi Trucks Band, Rae, and James Durbin — Monroe brings her vision to life on stage. The result is a visceral, dynamic performance that moves audiences both emotionally and physically. Monroe has released several acclaimed albums, including Under the Wolf Moon, Messages from Aphrodite, and Oneness Chant (with over 3 million Spotify plays). Raven Drum Foundation — Lauren Monroe and Def Leppard drummer, Rick Allen are the co-founders of the Raven Drum Foundation, a non-profit organization designed to empower veterans, first responders, and their families through trauma-informed, mind-body healing. Through drumming integrated wellness workshops, guided visualization, breath work, heart brain coherence education and neurobiological tools for self regulation and emotional recovery, the programs support deep healing, stress reduction and a reconnection with ones self and their community.
