The Bay Area has been washed in the powerful and heart felt vocals of each member of acapella band ATTÚNE since they started their musical journeys in their hometowns of Berkeley, Oakland and Los Altos Hills. Tammi Brown, Bryan Dyer, David Worm and Destani Wolf’s individual paths have taken them around the globe, recording and performing with the best. From Quincy Jones, Michael McDonald, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, The Pharcyde, John Cale, on Grammy nominated albums to vocal collaborations with multidisciplinary arts such as Cirque du Soleil, Robert Moses Kin, Bandaloop, Tandy Beal and Axis Dance.

Besides their voices and compositions being including in TV and film (Disney’s “The Descendants”, HBO’s “Momentum Generation”, “Set up” Benjamin Bratt’s “The Mission”, Kevin Harts: “Laugh at my Pain”, FOX’s “SYTYCD” and more) they are veteran acapella vocalists dedicated to using their voices to empower and inspire hope and create positive change in their communities and worldwide.

Each member of ATTÚNE played in various vocal bands separately and together on prominent stages like Lincoln Center, Monterey Jazz Festival, Kennedy Center, Montreaux Jazz Festival, Vancouver Island Music Festival, throughout Europe, Brazil, Japan and beyond. Tammi and Bryan shared the spirited sounds of 2X Grammy nominated Linda Tillery and the Cultural Heritage Choir, Destani And

Bryan toured internationally with energetic SLAMMIN All body band, and all of them at some point in internationally acclaimed vocal ensemble SoVoSó and more. Vocal percussionist David Worm is an original member of the legendary Bobby McFerrin’s Voicestra, an “Orchestra of Voices” and has sung with him since 1989. In 2021, McFerrin asked David to bring together singers to play and improvise together. Tammi, Bryan, David and Destani have joined Bobby on stage, in the studio, creating songs in the moment, facilitating Circle singing, harmonizing and connecting their intuitive voices weekly for a year as the band MOTION. They continue to perform and create vocal community space every Monday at Freight and Salvage in Berkeley. They have branched out as ATTÚNE and share a collective vision of music and the voice healing ourselves and the world. They have taught vocal technique, improv, circle singing at world renowned learning institutes like Omega Institute in New York, The Esalen Institute in Big Sur California, The Berkeley School of Music, UCLA, Living Jazz, to name a few. Together they are enlightened and inspired by performing and facilitated classes and workshops in the hopes of illuminating open heart’s and building community through song.
